Cholafali

Cholafali is a masterpiece of Gujarati snack-making. Made primarily from udad flour, chickpea (chana) flour and chola dal, these strips expand significantly when fried, becoming incredibly airy and light. Traditionally sprinkled with a special red chili and black salt masala, it offers a contrast of tastes that make it a favorite during celebrations.
